Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

The Hubert Volunteer Fire Department would like to wish all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We ask that everyone keep in mind our service members that cannot be home with their families during the holidays. They are afterall the heroes that make this all possible, and keep us safe day and night.

The Final Acts of 2009

The Hubert Volunteer Fire Department held its final business meeting of 2009, and with that came Board of Directors, and Officer elections. Congratulations to those who have retained their positions. To those who have been newly elected, congratulations and way to step up to the plate!!

Officer Elections:

Chief - Wayne Forsythe (retained)

Assistant Chief - Stacy Elliot (newly elected)

Board of Directors Elections:

Vice President - Matthew Joseph (retained)

Treasurer - Pete Paredes (retained)

Member at Large - Jeremy Tanner (newly elected)

Secretary - William Bogielski (newly elected)

Other News:

Congratulations goes out to Stacie Ferreira for being voted off of probationary status early. She has set the bar high as a probationary member, and will continue to be an asset to the Fire Department.

We are proud to welcome back Tim Fraunfelder. Tim was an asset to the station before receiving orders via the United States Marine Corps which moved him almost 900 miles away three years ago. He has served his duty and returned to the area. We are happy to have him and his family back in our family!!

We welcome three new probationary members, Jayson, Patrick, and James. They will be on a 180 day probationary status, and during this time will need to prove that they can excel and learn the needs of our community and the fire service. Best of Luck to them!!

Friday Night Bingo is Back!!

In order to continue to provide exemplary service to our community The Hubert Volunteer Fire Department is in the process of upgrading its firefighting apparatus. To assist in paying for the new equipment The Fire Department has begun Friday Night Bingo!!

Bingo takes place every Friday Night at The Hubert Volunteer Fire Department.

Doors open at 5 pm.

Games start at 7 pm.
